ES Program Howard E. Woodin Colloquium Lecture Series

The Psychology of Right View: Neuroscience, Nature and What We See

From a Buddhist perspective, "right view" is an enlightened understanding of reality as relational and dynamic. Inspired by new neuroscience, this presentation by Laura Sewall, Director, Bates-Morse Mountain Conservation Area and the Shortridge Coastal Area at Bates College, will explore the development of such a view in the interest of understanding systems and interdependence. The focus of our attention will be natural patterns.

Please feel free to bring your own lunch and beverage to enjoy during the talk.
