Guests: $20.00
Pay on site. Includes breakfast, lunch, and digital copystand workshop. Museum entrance fees are not included. The Williams College Museum of Art is free. Admission to either the Clark or Mass MOCA is $10.00 (or $17 for a combination ticket).

Membership Renewal:
If you have not yet paid for your 2006 VRA New England Chapter membership renewal, you may do so when you register for this meeting on September 29. The cost is $15.00.

Parking:
Park in the U-shaped drive in front of Lawrence Hall (museum visitor parking). If no spaces are available, park on Spring Street (one block to the west) or in the public parking lot at the end of Spring Street.

Lodging:
Please note this is the height of fall foliage season - a very busy time in New England. We have secured two lodging options for those attending the meeting who wish to stay overnight. The number of rooms is limited and it is recommended that you make your reservations as soon as possible. The deadline for booking is August 28th. These rooms will not be held beyond that date.

This motel has set aside rooms for our group the nights of Thursday, September 28 and Friday, September 29 and is offering a 10% discount off their regular prices of $89 (Thursday night), $149 (Friday night) single or double occupancy. In order to get this rate you must telephone the motel directly at (413)458-8158 and say you are with the Visual Resources Association group. They do not offer on-line reservations.
