Raunecker
enters her ninth season as head
women's volleyball coach, after
serving as assistant coach in the
team's inaugural season. She owns
a career record of 154-77 over
her seven seasons.
In
'98, Raunecker led the team to
the most wins in school history
(26) and its first NCAA
Tournament appearance. The
previous season, she was named
the NESCAC coach of the year
after leading the Panthers to
their first NESCAC title. She
will also be entering her 10th
year as an assistant women's
basketball coach.
Raunecker
graduated from Middlebury College
in 1992 with a degree in
environmental biology. While at
Middlebury, she played on the
women's varsity basketball team,
serving as the team's captain her
senior year. During her final
season, Raunecker led the team to
the ECAC Championship and was
named the tournament's most
valuable player. She also holds
Middlebury College records for
best free throw percentage in a
season and in a
career.
